City Dentists attracts patients who stay for decades, with dentists Chris, Kamil, Alice, and Kristen each building long-running relationships through plain-English explanations and conservative, no-upsell treatment decisions. Anxious patients who avoided dental care for years, sometimes over a decade, describe leaving appointments calm and genuinely willing to return.
Reviews most often describe: Long-term patients who want consistent, trusted dentists
- ✓ Dentists explain procedures in plain language before starting work

I have been a client of City Dentists since they first opened and have always been impressed with the skill, professionalism and customer focus shown by Kamil, Chris and their team. I recommend City Dentists to all new arrivals to Wellington!
We are extremely happy with City Dentists and can highly recommend them. Our whole family comes here, both for dental treatment and regular hygiene appointments, and we have always had a great experience. What we particularly appreciate is that everything is explained clearly and honestly. There is never any feeling that unnecessary treatment is being recommended – instead, you get very professional advice and always feel well looked after. Even our son, who had an unpleasant experience with dental cleaning elsewhere in the past, is now completely relaxed and very happy coming here. I’m personally not a big fan of dental visits either, but I actually come here feeling quite relaxed because I know I’m in very good hands. Professional, friendly, trustworthy and excellent care – definitely 5 stars from our whole family!
Such a relaxed place and you are made to feel like a real customer, also you are not spoken down to if you don’t follow through on dental care instructions, Enjoy my check-ups, especially when i don’t get further filling’s 😉
They are the best dentist I have been too in a very long time. I was lucky they were open during the holiday period when I had my sore tooth. They are very professional and do a great job.
Really happy with my experience at City Dentists .Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything properly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The whole team was lovely and professional, and the clinic had such a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this practice!
City Dentists are absolutely top notch. If you are looking for caring, empathetic and professional dentists, hygienists, amazing staff. Central location and lovely office, then I highly recommend them. They really care about you as a client and your wellbeing.
