I recently used Buildcom for a pre-purchase building inspection and was very happy with the service provided. Rob was kind, approachable and always willing to take the time to discuss his findings with me. He patiently answered my questions and was readily available for phone calls whenever I needed further clarification, which I really appreciated. The property had some moisture concerns that required further investigation, and he was happy to return to take additional readings and follow up on these issues. He was also very thorough and knowledgable when investigating these areas of concern. Buying a property can be stressful, particularly when unexpected concerns arise, and having someone who is patient, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things properly makes a real difference. I appreciated his help and would happily recommend Buildcom.
