Highly recommend. Kane was very knowledgable and made me feel far more at ease with the cockroach situation, and the plan of attack. Very satisfying to see one of the little (well big actually) bastards dead as it tried to cross the step into the kitchen. Haven't found one in the house since. Fingers crossed.
