Lawyer Help is the traffic and criminal defence practice of Auckland barrister Melanie Coxon. For over 30 years she has helped people keep their licence, their job and a clean record.
What we do: limited (work) licence applications ($920, or two payments of $460), drink-driving and other traffic charges, Section 94 applications to drive after disqualification, Section 106 discharges without conviction, and general criminal defence.
Fees are fixed and published on the website, so you know the cost before you start. Most matters begin with a $230 phone interview, for as long as it takes, so you leave with some direction and peace of mind.
Melanie does the legal work herself. No juniors, no hand-offs. Everything is by phone, so we can act for you anywhere in New Zealand.
