I’ve had the Smart Ventilator installed with TCCO, and I would recommend them. Communication was quick from the initial inquiry to scheduling and installation. Electricians were on time and professional, and installation was completed fairly quickly. I was worried about how dusty it’ll get but they did awesome job cleaning up after as well. After installation, condensations on my windows are gone (except after super cold nights). I am very happy with the product and installation.
Cameron came out to do a couple of jobs at our house to maintain our Smartvent. He did a good job and was clean a tidy on-site. He answered all our (probably silly) questions very patiently, put up with our barking dog, and even answered a call from my partner after hours which was very kind of him! We recommend The Conduction Company to anyone searching for a good electricial company, they have great communication and are really friendly when you need to phone & email them.
So impressed with the overall service, professionalism, upfront and honest advice from Jordan and the Team at The Conduction Company. Great communication and loved their quoting system, prompt actions to requests via text and email, great advice, and the work was of a very high standard. Major job undertaken for us was the installation of a Smart Vent system - very efficiently done, we have noticed the impact of this over these cooler months. Thanks guys!
