Another excellent job by The Conduction Company! This was my second time using them, and they’ve done an amazing job again. They recently installed a hot water cylinder timer at our house, and everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. The installation was neat and professional, and they took the time to explain how the timer worked and make sure we understood everything. I originally used The Conduction Company to install a Tesla Wall Charger, and after such a great experience the first time, I had no hesitation in calling them again. They’re knowledgeable, professional, tidy, and genuinely excellent at what they do. In my opinion, they’re the best residential electrical contractors in Auckland, and I’ll be using them for all my future electrical work. Highly recommended!
Needed urgent electrical repair. Call centre staff were friendly, communicative and responsive. The electrician who came to make the repairs was equally friendly and very polite. Can see why they have such exceptional customer service ratings. Nice work Conduction Company. Keep up the mahi!
Great.communication, quick response times, friendly staff. Happy with the install and the pain-free experience!
Have used the conduction company for a few jobs this year - including heat pump replacement, switchboard upgrade and LED striplight installation. Excellent comms and service, really happy with results. Quick turnaround and tidy on the job. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend The Conduction Company! So organised and clear about everything that needed doing! The guys showed up on time and Reuben was so knowledgeable about our SmartVent system and took the time to explain everything to us!
We had a fire at our property and the technician responded quickly to isolate the power, got in to get the job done and power was restored to the whole house within an hour. Thanks guys!!! Highly recommend The Conduction Company.
