We are very happy with the project right from quote to completion. Angel communicated with us the whole way through and the service offered with plant choice was really helpful. Ryan and Jack were a pleasure to have onsite and Ryan kept us updated and asked questions to make sure we were happy. Also have to say loved the music!
I was referred to VOS by a friend of mine. So glad that I was. My project was fairly simple, yet VOS took time to understand my requirements, give independent advice and throw really knowledgeable people at the project. The results surpassed even my high expectations!! What a fantastic experience and finished product. Superb communication throughout and special mention of Ozzy and his team mate who were punctual, respectful and friendly. They are a real credit to VOS and the quality of their work is superb. If you have an outdoor project to do, don’t hesitate, get in touch with VOS and watch the magic happen.
These people are outstanding. My project had very difficult access installing drainage and rectifying subsidence behind a sea wall. A lot of manual labour was required. Digger had to be craned across the property because a neighbour was less than nice about facilitating access. Everything was done expeditiously and the staff were respectful and very pleasant. I would use them again and recommend them highly.
A huge thank you to Ryan, Tim, Jacob, Nathan, and the rest of the VOS team for transforming our outdoor space. From the stunning deck, pergola, beautifully crafted planter boxes, to the new boardwalk, new walkways and all the finishing touches, the quality of workmanship has been exceptional. Your professionalism, flexibility, communication, and incredible work ethic were outstanding throughout the entire project. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the care and attention to detail really showed in the final result. We are incredibly grateful for all your hard work and couldn't be happier with the outcome—we honestly couldn't have imagined it looking this good! The transformation has exceeded all our expectations and created a space that we will enjoy for many years to come. A special mention from Coco🐕who will miss seeing you all every day! And thank you for reminding us to add a little more 70s music to our playlist 😊. We would highly recommend VOS to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a team that genuinely cares about delivering an amazing result.
