Complex project led by Mitch (project manager) great support throughout.
The team at Signature Homes Franklin are amazing! They worked with me and my family to design a home that is perfect for us. Nothing was too much trouble and they really took the time to listen to our needs. If you are looking to build contact them first. Thank you again team!
We are incredibly grateful to the Signature Homes team for helping us turn our dream of building our first home into reality. A huge thank you to Kerry, Ben, Del, Trevor and the entire team for your hard work, great communication, patience and professionalism throughout the whole journey. We got so lucky with our upgrades, too.😍 We absolutely love our new home in Paerata Rise and would happily recommend Signature Homes to everyone! — Christian, Jillian & Aliana
Sweta Walters was an amazing consultant to work with. From the time we stepped into the beautiful showroom, she was welcoming, kind, bubbly and knowledgeable - felt like a trusted friend very quickly. We did run through the process with Signature and Ben - definitely very professional, patient and honest. In the end we did not go with Signature as we changed tact with our personal preference, but we would definitely highly recommend the Sweta and team!
Sweta was so welcoming. She walked us through the whole process in a simple and easy way to understand. Excellent service
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Signature Homes Franklin so far while planning our first home in Paerata Rise. Ben, Sweta and Sian have all been incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. They’ve communicated clearly, answered our many questions promptly and worked hard to make everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. We’ve always felt well supported and genuinely valued as clients. We’re now approaching the Building Consent stage and are very excited to see our home come to life. We’ll update this review once the build is complete, but based on our experience so far, we’re extremely happy and very glad we chose Signature Homes Franklin to build our first home. Deepal & Kris
