Once rang it took only 2 days to get the email with the info I asked for and it was done in such a way that is was easily understandable. Women I spoke to was great with questions asked and understood what I was asking even tho what I asked was abit of a muddle.

Our experience with Signature overall was excellent, from design to build completion. Working with Signature franchise staff was easy, we found them very responsive, knowledgeable, and the overall experience was made simple. As we worked through the building company options available we ultimately chose Signature because of a couple of meetings we had with franchise owner Dean Pritchard. He is a builder with many years of experience. This came to the fore with his response to any questions/concerns we had, which he explained in layman terms and made things easy to understand. Once the build commenced, our Project Manager Dean Collings was the main point of contact and we found him excellent, he represented our point of view well, but also flew the Signature flag and gave balanced perspective on our expectations. We also found the main builder Rob extremely approachable and capable (love his attention to detail), and he provided excellent information and building knowledge as and when we needed to better understand things related to the actual construction work. The 'on the job' team were well supported by the support office team (Rachel, Anya, Kelly, Stephanie), again helpful, pleasant to deal with and active when it came to responses to our questions and requests. We have built three times previously where we have been totally involved in the process, from design to sourcing materials, contractors etc. The Signature experience was way easier and more enjoyable, they took care of the detail.
