We received amazing service from the team at Signature Christchurch South from the moment of the first consultation to the handover Debbie Ryan was a very competent sales person who understood what we wanted and was always in contact when required and was also very proactive. Darryl Harris was our project manager. He was also very competent in his job, kept us updated regularly and nothing was a problem Behind them was great team enabling the process to run smoothly We are very happy with the end result and would build with them again

I’ve had an excellent experience with Matt McPhail and the Signature Homes team. Matt has been incredibly supportive, helpful, and always quick to answer my questions. Marty, the architect, was fantastic to work with—he listened to what I wanted and designed a home that perfectly matched my vision. The whole team has made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Signature Homes, especially for first-home buyers.

My husband and I approached signature homes for our first build. Matt and Mark went out of their way to help and find our different options that could have worked for us. But we just couldn’t make things work for us and them due to financial pressures. But I would highly recommend Matt and Mark as they would be a great asset for your first home. We would definitely consider them in the future. We are very gutted.
