We had such a great experience with Signature. They helped us build our house while we lived in Sydney and it was very easy and seamless. They listen to our requests and help bring our vision to life. Steve our project manager was great and Ryan the owner is so lovely.
we had a terrible experience building with this company. Went past 2 guarantee completion dates which meant we had to shift into temp accommodation . Dont believe in fixed price. our cost went up over $100k with invoices which didnt break down what the extras were. Quality of work is shocking. Was promised the world but got the oppisite. DONT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY
I highly recommend Signature Rodney if you’re looking to build a Home. Will, Ryan and Jono were great to work with and my new home was completed on time and for the fixed price agreed.
Nice people and easy to deal with, care of the quality and accountable for the build. Good team.
