We built in Morrinsville in Lockerbie and moved in on 2026 love our house and so happy with our experience building with signature homes from our first meeting with Carl Manley he made us feel so relaxed everyone at Signature that helped through the building process were amazing Elyse and Nicole for there patience and help they were amazing and Wessel for his help with all my questions changes they lead us through smoothly and Trish for her updates you are all amazing thank you so much for our beautiful home Pam and Phillip Ecclestone

Signature Homes Waikato are truly approachable people who take the time to listen, answer all your questions, and explain the why, how, and when of the entire house construction process. They were patient and supportive from start to finish, which made the experience much less stressful. I am very happy with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their own home.

We recently built our new home in Kinloch with Signature Homes Waikato. What a fantastic experience it was from start to finish! Signature Homes Waikato are an amazing team. They are all fully engaged and are focused on providing top-notch customer service and a high-quality build. The Sales and Design staff were excellent to deal with. They listened to our ideas and wishes and worked very hard to achieve a design that was perfect for us and that fitted within our budget. They were very personable, professional, knowledgeable and good humored. Nothing was too much trouble, they really made us feel like we were all on the same team. When we moved to the construction phase, we were assigned a Project Manager and a Client Liaison. The transition was seamless, with these staff exhibiting the same outstanding qualities as the Sales and Design staff. Nothing was ‘lost in translation’ between Sales & Design and Construction, with all of the Signatures Homes staff being fully informed internally about the project. All of the building processes were well documented, so the timelines and processes were very clear. The Project Manager was highly experienced, so we always felt like the build was totally under control; There was literally nothing for us to worry about. This made for a stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable building experience. Signature Homes only used skilled contractors/tradespeople with whom they have longstanding trusted relationships with. Any tradespeople that we met spoke very highly of Signature Homes Waikato. The communication at all stages of the build was superb. The Client Liaison was excellent, she kept us fully informed throughout the build. The Owners/Directors of Signature Homes Waikato also checked in with us. They were always fully involved in the build, closely monitoring progress, and they even put on their tool belts and helped the Project Manager to build the deck! In addition, we were contacted periodically by the Signature Homes franchise head office, to check in with us that everything was going well, which of course it was, but it was still good to know that the Waikato team had the backing of the national franchise. The build was completed on time, as per the guaranteed completion date. There were no cost surprises. When we requested any variations, these were fully costed and signed off before proceeding. We found the whole Signature Homes Waikato team to be a very genuine and sincere group of people, who really go above and beyond to ensure that the building experience is a great one. We love our new home. We can’t speak highly enough of the Signature Homes Waikato team. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build, as you will not be disappointed!

We used Signature Homes for our Raglan build and honestly couldn’t be happier. We were living in the South Island at the time and wanted something as hands off as possible, no organising tradies, no stress, just knowing it was being taken care of. The team were brilliant from start to finish, great communication, easy to deal with, and everything ran smoothly. The end result is awesome and we’re absolutely stoked with how it turned out. Would happily recommend them to anyone building, especially if you want a hassle free experience.
